UK online customers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, and another 14 days to return them, subject to statutory exceptions.
Email Tailstaupe@outlook.com with your order number to receive the appropriate return instructions. Please do not post products to a supplier or dispatch address without confirmation.
For change-of-mind returns, direct return postage may be payable by you where permitted by law. We refund eligible payments, including standard outward delivery charges where legally required, within the applicable legal timeframe after receiving the goods back or evidence of their return.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us for assistance. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
